The brief comes before the camera
Open Tasks in your dashboard and read the complete brief. Do not start client filming from the card title alone. If a required shot or product is unavailable, clarify that before taking the task.
- Publishing platform and account.
- Product, audience and one video goal.
- Required shots, messages and prohibited claims.
- Format, duration and deadline.
- Payment, view-counting terms and required analytics evidence.
Make a shot list
Describe the idea in one sentence: situation → product action → clear result. A hook is an opening that helps the viewer understand why to keep watching. Choose one hook and one action for the first version.
The plan below lasts about 25 seconds and is illustrative. Use the actual brief for format and duration; this is not a CLICKI job.
Check light, framing and sound
Clean the lens. Stabilize the phone and face a window to light the person or object. Use vertical framing if the brief requires it. Leave space for captions and the platform’s interface.
- Record five test seconds and listen: speech should be understandable without guessing.
- Remove background noise, other people’s notifications and personal data from the frame.
- Record two takes of required shots so you have a choice when editing.
Build a short, understandable version
In CapCut or another editor, arrange shots in script order. Cut long pauses, add readable captions and manually correct automatic subtitles. Music should not cover speech; use material you have the required rights to use.
- The product name and required messages are spelled correctly.
- Captions are readable on a phone and clear of platform buttons.
- All required shots and the necessary advertising disclosure are present.
- After export, audio, picture and duration meet the brief.
Publish and attach the link in My work
CLICKI’s commercial submission form accepts a published video link. Uploading a learning video in Academy is a separate process and does not submit brand work.
- Publish on the agreed platform and check that the link opens without your login.
- In My work, choose the published-video submission, the correct brief and platform.
- Add the link and attach analytics if required by the form or team. Wait for attachment upload to finish.
- After a confirmed submission, open the work card. If the response was lost, check your work list and the offered retry: do not create several entries for one attempt.
Follow the status and specific revisions
Do not resubmit while work is under review unless asked. If revisions are needed, read the team feedback, fix the specified points and use the resubmission action. An updated publication needs its current link.
If a shot change is unclear, ask one short question through help in the work context. Academy practice has its own review; learning XP is not payment for a commercial video.
