QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

How to work with CLICKI

Short answers about starting, tasks, review and help. Guides explain the process; a specific job follows its brief and current legal documents.

Getting started

What is CLICKI?

CLICKI, also written Клики, is a UGC platform from Astana, Kazakhstan, for brands and creators. Creators make original videos from briefs, while the team reviews work and required data. Each task specifies its reward: confirmed views, an accepted video or barter.

Are CLICKI and Click the same company?

Do I need experience and a large audience?

A large portfolio is not required to explore the platform. A specific task needs original content, compliance with the brief and a suitable public publishing account. Start with an open guide and Academy resources.

Can I participate from outside Kazakhstan?

Kazakhstan is CLICKI’s main market. Work from another country depends on the available brief, publishing requirements and payment terms. Clarify those conditions with the team before taking a task.

Briefs and submissions

Where do I find a brief?

Open Tasks in the creator dashboard and read an available brief in full. Check the product, required shots, platform, deadline and terms. An empty list does not guarantee that a new order will be assigned.

Do I upload a video file or a link?

For commercial work, attach a published video link in My work. Add analytics when required by the form or team. Learning photos and videos upload separately in Academy and do not count as a brief submission.

What if revisions are requested?

Read the team’s feedback in the work card, fix the specified points and use the resubmission action with the current publication. Do not send a duplicate while review is pending. Ask through work help if a point is unclear.

Why are no tasks available?

Tasks depend on active campaigns, open slots and requirements. Check your filters and return to the list later. You can prepare an idea with learning resources, but registration and learning do not guarantee work.

Views, money and learning

How much will I earn?

Income is not promised in advance. View-based tasks depend on eligible views, rate, counting period and limits; per-video tasks depend on the agreed fee and acceptance. Barter rewards are agreed goods or services, not a cash payout. Read the specific brief before filming and check the confirmed result in your dashboard. This guide does not amend contractual terms.

What are confirmed views?

These are metrics checked for calculation under a specific campaign’s rules using the publication and analytics evidence. The public video counter may differ from eligible views. Ask the team to explain your own work’s calculation if figures differ.

Is Academy XP money or video acceptance?

No. Learning practice and its XP belong to education. Brand work has a separate review and calculation. External learning links may also have their own access or payment terms.

Help and rules

Where do I ask about my work?

Open the work card and use Need help or a private conversation if available in your dashboard. Ask one specific question; work context helps the team respond. Do not post passwords, documents or banking information in a group chat.

What should I do about spam or suspicious contact?

Do not share a password or payment information with an unknown person. Keep a description of the situation and contact help or the team. You can report suspicious contact, submit an appeal or leave feedback; a report alone does not mean an automatic ban.

Where are the rules and data policies?

Legal documents include the creator offer, data consent, privacy policy and terms of use. Learning examples and FAQ do not replace those documents or a specific brief’s terms.
